Interim CEO – Maternity Cover
25 hours per week
FTE salary £43516 to £46549 p.a pro rata

As Interim CEO you will work closely with the Board to deliver our strategic plan, pursuing new partnerships and relationships to further our work in line with our vision and values. You will be a dedicated leader who is passionate about mental health and wellbeing and will be an ambassador promoting the great work we do.
You will support our Board of Trustees in ensuring good governance and compliance. This is a diverse role which will also see you working with our Head of Fundraising to implement our fundraising strategy to ensure sustainable income streams from individuals, corporates, legacies and trust donations, thus, securing high quality services for our growing client base.

The nature of the role and the context in which it is carried out dictate that there is an occupational requirement that post holder is a mature and active Christians, in full agreement with Wellspring’s Belonging & Believing Policy.
