The team

Who are we?

Wellspring is proud to be run on a volunteer model. We have 25-30 volunteer counsellors, and 15-20 others giving their time in roles such as Welcomers, event coordinators, fundraisers and gardeners.

Staff team

We have a growing staff team who oversee the development of the charity, deliver our services and coordinate our volunteers.

Alongside our employees we also work with self-employed counsellors and trainers.
