A condensed version of the two-day Adult MHFA course.
Mental Health First Aid Aware
Introductory four hour session to raise awareness of mental health.
Refresher’s Course
Four hour session to update and refresh your skills – for those who have completed the One-Day or Two-Day Adult MHFA course.
Mental Health Skills for Managers
This is a practical and immersive course for people managers to gain the skills, knowledge and confidence to have effective conversations with staff about mental health and wellbeing.
This four-hour course can be delivered face-to-face or online.

For those who care for, work or live with 8-18 yr olds.
One-Day Mental Health First Aid
Designed specifically to meet the needs of education providers. Based on the Youth MHFA Course, it covers key issues over one day, making it ideal for inset training days.
